Mr. Woodchuck

Getting teeth is no fun.  Levi's top two teeth came in very very slowly.
For about 3 months I kept saying, they are gonna pop through any day.
Well, they did finally make it through and we survived to tell about it.
His crib however might not feel the same.
his whole top rail looks like this

I just never considered when we were picking out our cribs that we
were really picking out expensive teethers.
here he is, the proud sporter of 4 cute teeth

ps Levi's long awaited birthday party was scheduled for last Saturday.  Friday night however he was diagnosed with another set of double ear infections, I think this makes 7 (we are going to the Dr. tomorrow to be seen for tubes). So with both kids coughing and horrible runny noses, and not very happy, we had to postpone -AGAIN.  Bronson even threw up Saturday afternoon because he was coughing so hard.  I now understand why puke can also be referred to as "blowing chunks" - your welcome for the image.  Anyway I'm not sure when we will have the party now as Easter and Conference are next weekend, cousin Brock's birthday the following Saturday, and bridal showers and other wedding preparations for my sister Cami who is getting married on April 30 taking up the rest of the month.  If anyone has any good suggestions please share, I don't know what to do, and my poor baby needs to celebrate his birthday.

fresh air

Bronson loved feeding the ducks at the park.
Levi, not so much.  Those ducks are kinda creepy (and horny)
Bronson is quite the little smarty pants.  He is becoming a very very good little talker.  It's so fun watching him grow.  One of my new favorite Bronson words is "gawicious" interpreted - delicious and  whenever something is lost he's quick to say "shoes, hare are ou?" followed by "isten" waiting for the shoes to reply to his call.  I'm pretty sure he learned that one from Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.  He also loves nursery and is always asking when we get to go to church.  He hates when we have to stay home.  We've been trying to do better with FHE and this month we've been talking about prophets and have had fun using the Friend. Bronson has mastered his first primary song, "Follow the Cophet" :)  We are still working on our abc's, he's always good for the letter at the end of the. . . . .uh. . . . .whatever it's called. G, P, S, V, X, Z and me.  Ya we've got to work on all those letters in between.
mom's new hat - mom's boys in mom's new hat

here is a sneak peak at the basement
and yep, those are Bronson's helper handprints.
Every great artist always signs his work right?
They were so cute we decided to keep them.

these boys are my favorites!

Celebrating one year with the Levi Bug

and Levi makes 2
We've lost a lot of sleep
but have found a lot of smiles.
Handsome blue eyes,
cute chubby cheeks
that's our Levi bug.

After Activity Days, a Blue and Gold Meeting, and two VERY sick boys, his actual birthday was one of the worst days ever!  Poor Levi went through another round of ear infections (tubes soon to come-thank heaven)  With our basement being so close to being finished we just decided to postpone his party to have more room to celebrate.  This is our 5 minute birthday shoot,  hopefully I can get some better ones when Spring is in full bloom.

Anyway, Levi is such a blessing to our family.  He is such a happy boy and loves his big brother. He has followed Bronson's one year old profession of furniture rearranging.  He loves when we come downstairs because he loves climbing up the stairs.  He is a nonstop giggler just like his mom, and great at demolition just like his dad :)  We are looking forward to a fun year with our CUTE boys, and are so grateful for our little Levi Bug!

Here are some cute Levi moments.  The last segment in the tub was taken a few days ago.  I don't know why throwing letters on the wall was so funny to him but he was laughing for 10 minutes straight.  You'll want to make sure your volume is up for the beginning.

Did I say completely done?  I meant mostly done.
I'll post some pics as soon as we get everything touched up
and cleaned up but I can tell you one thing
I LOVE IT!

hip 2 save

Today I was a Kmart just grabbing a few things and the lady in front of me had a binder full of coupons.  She was going on talking to the cashier about how great all these coupons were and I butted in and said, "What in the world are you guys talking about?"  Long story short, she gave me a 10 dollar coupon off of a 20 dollar purchase, and I was excited.

Have I known about couponing for a long time? Yes
Do most of my friends do it?  Yes
Do I like to save money?  Yes
Do I have the ambition to actually do it?  uh . . . . . . No

- for the most part, when I need something I go to the store and buy it, I hate collecting "stuff" just because it was a good deal.  I feel pretty proud of myself  just for price matching at Wal-mart, but that's usually as far as I go.  Anyway her friend who was with her (also carrying a huge binder full of coupons) told me about a great blog for great deals so I thought I'd pass it on.  Whether or not I'll actually have time to use it will remain to be seen.  I just know I saved 10 bucks at Kmart today from someone who had a "sickness" as she called for couponing.  So thanks coupon lady.
