Halloween is quickly becoming one of my favorite holidays.  It has definitely improved with having kids of my own.  Is putting up Halloween decorations up 5 weeks prior to Halloween as big of a felony as putting up your Christmas tree before Thanksgiving?  Well, I can't help being excited, so this year I don't care.  I found some fun costumes for the boys over Labor Day, and one for me too.  Now for Jared, what to do, what to do?  Anyway I was feeling a little crafty the other day and had some fun with paper and ribbon.  I'm sure to most of you crafting experts this looks more like a preschool project, but preschool projects are right up my ally.

I love this one, if you need to spice up and old pillar candle, find some cute paper, wrap it around and presto, a decoration that is sure to make you smile, (well it makes me smile)

and now I need your help, I took down my living room window . . . . . . uh . . . . . . I'm not even sure what to call it, but I took it down.  Sorry no before and after pictures here just a big question mark  ?  I'm very sick of the rusty and dusty look and need something crisp and fresh and classic, any ideas?  

and this is here because, well, I just can't get enough of him!

Snow Basin

Since this is the second time we've done this I guess I'll call it our

 annual Sunday drive to Snow Basin.  The air was crisp and the

 leaves were bright.  It was refreshing to say the least.

Bronson and Levi both had a rough weekend.  We found out late Saturday night that Levi has double ear infections (again) he has been so congested and was coughing none stop.  Poor Bronson was also congested and coughing and had the worst diarrhea ever, you wouldn't believe me if I told how awful it was. The agony of a very RED, SORE bum, what a nightmare.  I'll just say Bronson wasn't the only one crying all night long.  Phew, I'm glad we are on the mend now.  Poor little guys.

Hogan Party

Last Saturday was Jared's company party at the aquatic center in Lindon.  Wow, what a fun pool!  Too bad it's so far from our house, I would love to go back there next summer.  Bronson was in heaven. Up till now he has been pretty nervous in pools, but he's finally starting to figure out how much fun the water is.  Levi' did go for one spin around the lazy river but that was enough for him.  We had a fun time enjoying some of the final days of warm swimming weather and just being together.

6 each thursday morning I pull up the blinds so bronson can watch the garbage man go by (he loves big trucks) the garbage man started noticing bronson in the window and began waving to him each week, bronson moves very little as he watches him go up and down our street, it's so cute.   "men ~ chuck ~whow"

This year for your birthday I wanted to get you the perfect gift, something you've been wanting for a long time.  I want you to get your clavicle bones back, to look down and not see your belly, to feel good about who you are.  So, for this your upcoming 27th birthday on January 27, you are going to get to 127 lbs.  Yes you can do it, don't let the fact that Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, are just around the corner intimate you.  You deserve this gift more than you think you do.  Keep track of your progress on your blog not to embarrass yourself but to keep yourself motivated and on target.  Stick to it, this could possibly be your best birthday ever!

Little~Laughing~Legs~Lovable~Levi

Maybe I over reacted a little, I mean Levi is in them, how bad could they be?  Anywho, my baby is 6 months old, I swear I was just in the hospital yesterday.  I can't believe how much faster time flies with your second baby.  Every night before I go to sleep I peek in to look at both of my beautiful sleeping babies.  I'm always filled with such gratitude and love for these little boys and every night I pinch myself because I can't hardly believe I have two little boys.  So here is a sample of the pics I did get, I love that little Levi, he melts my heart!  At his six month check up he was in the 50% for height, 85 % for weight, and 97% for head.  My guess is the reason his head is getting bigger is because he's getting a little taller :).  Like I said I love my LITTLE Levi!
